  • Kim Kardashian’s book of selfies is set to his bookstores soon. In anticipation, the celebutante revealed the revealing cover via Instagram writing, “So proud to share the cover of my book Selfish, out in May! Thank you Rizzoli for making this happen & being the best partner. A big thank you to the Donda team & Kanye for inspiring this idea & helping me share a decade of selfies in such an intimate & artistic way! Can’t wait for you to all see this book! Xo.” Who’s buying?  (Just Jared)

  • Alexander Wang has always been sort of a lifestyle minded designer, creating entire worlds for his clothing to reside in. Have you seen his stores or heard of his parties?  Well now you’ll be able to have a little bit more of that world with his new furniture collaboration. The designer linked up with Poltrona Frau for a three piece line out next month.  (WSJ Magazine)

  • Feuds between celebrities are legendary even when they aren’t actually confirmed. One rumored rift: between The Carters and The Wests, both American royalty in their own right. Well some British outlets seem to think that all has been righted in that world. The two allegedly had dinner together Friday night though the scene of the exit left some wondering whether the dinner proved to be fruitless in mending the rift. (StyleBlazer)

  • Even though it was ridiculed and called a photoshop disaster, Justin Bieber’s Calvin Klein campaign sort of served it’s purpose; it boosted all around brand awareness and conversation. In the wake of the campaign’s launch, the brand has added 3.6 million followers to it’s social media profile and saw 1.6 million Twitter mentions of the #MyCalvins hashtag in the first 48 hours. For perspective, that was more than five times the number of times Kim Kardashian’s #BreakTheInternet was mentioned over a similar span of time. (Lucky Magazine)

  • Speculation has run rampant with the name of the designer to take over Gucci now that Frida Giannini is out.  But with the menswear show in Milan having passed, many think that in-house head accessories designer Alessandro Michele is a shoe-in for the gig.  Michele apparently took the lead on redesigning the men’s collection after Giannini’s departure and when the entire design team came out to take their bow, sans a creative director, the team differed to and applauded for Michele, giving him their seal of approval. The official announcement is expected to come soon. (Fashionista)

Reality television star, model and now Wall Street Journal contributor.  Kendall Jenner appears in the latest issue of the Wall Street Journal, not as a pretty face but with her own byline.  The reason: the issue has a youth theme.  Her article waxes on about her youth or lack thereof, due to her family’s workaholic tendencies.  My only question is simple: is this a one time thing or do I need to watch out for my job?
